Acceptance

By using Indash, including connecting it to an AI client through the Indash MCP connector, you agree to these terms.

The service

Indash is an AI marketing platform. The MCP connector exposes a limited set of tools (listing products, skills and brand assets, and generating images/videos) scoped to the single workspace you select when authorizing the connection.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for activity under your account and connected clients. You must have rights to the content (products, brand assets, reference images) you submit. Connections can be revoked at any time.

Credits & billing

Generation tools consume workspace credits, charged upfront and refunded automatically if a generation fails. Pricing and balances are managed in the Indash app.

Acceptable use

Do not use Indash to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to abuse the generation providers, or to attempt to access workspaces you are not a member of. We may suspend access for violations or security risks.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
